u could try using a few drops of Visine eye drops in your gel liner...i tried it with mine...well...my cheapo one..since they don't have HIP in my country but yeah...anyway....look into that...maybe it will work for you...kisses.....YOU mamma Hotness...mmmuaah :*

take a mug fill it with warm water. or hot.... and put yr hip liner inside it.. (close it tightly though ) untill the water cools of.. and it shudnt be as dry later.. soo yeah try that.. it works..
