So basically just find the whitest dye you can get and just dye everything. I wear Hot pants instead of adventurer though. Hopefully that helped.

Just taking a guess here, but I would say she has the thigh high boots, with ranger pants(all the belts makes me think this). The jacket I can't remember the name but you'll find it in one of the bowerstone tailors, it might be double breasted. Looks like dreadlocks for hair but hard to tell.
