how did teuki injure his leg?

It seems he hurt it in a stairs near the stage where he sang Inhyeong with Yesung. But even after that, he kept to running everywhere (for what I saw, but Teuki only came 3 times on my side).

He didn't hurt himelf during the inhyeong performance, but around the end one of the last song, i don't remember exactly which one i don't know if there's a fancam of it

Some one said it was during miracle. There is a fan cam but it didnt show the part that teukie fell.
