for those of you who are arguing about this call notice a few things. Riley stops as if he thought he was out of bounds and thought they play was dead. According to the field judge he thought riley was ran out of bounds.

key words on replay "conclusive evidence to overturn calls" I see no conclusive evidence and even as a duke fan will say while questionable they made the right call after replay.
