It's obvious what happened. Quick has the ability to control time and he paused time, redirected the momentum of the puck, then resumed time, causing the puck to look as though it magically changed direction.

to be honest i dont really see how blocking a shot like that can make the puck spin THAT much, i dont think a puck in general can spin that much to generate that kind of a "tight turn"

The puck was airborne as Iginla shot it, Quick got a good chunk of it, and it hit the ice and ricocheted to the side. I admit it looks really weird, but if we had an ice view camera you would see clearly. The only reason it changed direction is because it hit an edge or had a spin when it hit the ice. So to anyone who still can't figure this out, fuck you.
