Here's the deal on Tarver, he's not a great fighter really but he is strong and has reach, RJJ has been past hgis prime for years that was an easy win but Tarver isn't really that great Bhop beat him as an old man too bad RJJ couldn't do it too much weed and breeding pitbulls

No, he's just not that prepared. For instance, he came back and beat Glen Johnson in the re-match quite easily. The 3rd Roy Jones fight was a joke, it proved how damaged RJJ was, when the only good rounds he had were 4 and 5, and lets remember, he nearly got ko'd by a right hook by Tarver in the 11th. The KO punch in the second fight wasn't lucky, that's a strange comment, he tried to land it numerous times in the 1st fight, but couldn't. In boxing, there are no lucky punches. Why Hate?

I'm not hating I'm stating facts. If Antonio Tarver wasn't prepared than why the hell he fought Glen Johnson for? Admit it, Tarver got his ass beat. In 2004 Glen Johnson was the man. He KO'd Roy Jones Jr and beat Antonio Tarver that same year. You don't want to admit that Tarver is a joke. He beat one p4p king. What as Tarver done since? Your comments are weird. I used to hate Tarver, but that was back in '04 when he iced Roy. I have to now give him big respect! He may be known for 1 punch, but it was the biggest punch of the last 10-15 years of boxing, and he did it. Also, he doesn't get hurt!! He got smashed bby Hopkins and out hussled by Dawson, but never hurt. An iron chin too, his jaw was broken in the 1st harding fight and he fought on, that's impressive. He's commentating more now, and he's bloody good at that .

After Tarver TKO'ed Jones in their 2nd meeting with a lucky punch, he got beat by Glen Johnson in their first 1st meeting. This dude is a overrated bum.
