  • Exelente material, Muy bueno! Felicitaciones

  • Un grande el Cte.Pablo Sar!!!. Es quien comanda este vuelo del video. Pero fue un 29 de febrero de 2008 en el BOEING CX- BOP que vole en cabina por primera vez. PDP/MVD. GRACIAS POR TAN BELLA EXPERIENCIA Y POR LO BUEN COMPAÑERO QUE SUPO SER CTE. YA QUE TAMBIEN COMPARTI VARIAS PATAS EN EL DIA DE SU CUMPLEAÑOS Y ALGUN VUELO JUNTO A LOS SAR, SU HERMANO Y UD.

  • great video! may i ask where the pilots are from? they spoke perfect english like an american!

  • @ThePilotBuddy they talk english becouse they need know english for fly

  • Nice! I love the CRJ cockpits!! :)

  • If the A380 is La Grande Whale, this is the mosquito. SWAT :)

  • to DJmilo: I don't think is a American pilot, for sure is a trainer pilot from Bombardier, I'm personal think is a Canidian.

  • Great aircraft... from the -200's to the -900's series...the CRJ is #1 with me !!!

  • Very smooth landing, the pilots did a great job.

  • Outstanding look into the operation of a gorgeous aircraft. Pluna has a striking rainbow of schemes that look to be inspired by the artist Escher. One of the nicest new liveries out there right now! Thanks for posting :)

  • aguante aeroparqueee viva argentina!!!

  • I've noticed on some videos whenever there's gusty winds, that whoever is landing the plane is constantly fighting with the plane to stay straight, if you notice the captain is coming in and he's just going from left to right with that yoke, yet the plane to me seems to stay in the same place.

Is this only me or what's going on?

  • smooth landing wow!!

  • the crj900 is such a nice aircraft. what the hell

    ever happen to the crj1000?

  • Great Video

  • funny crew :) great vid.

  • 5 stars like all JustPlanes video samples.

  • nice pictures

  • The more likely explanation for the captain's good English is him being one of the Canadians chaps sent to MVD for training on these CRJs.

I was surprised to see the FO release the thrust levers when rotating, is this standard procedure?

  • @TomcatMVD Some companies have standard operating procedures stating that thrust levers shall be released when passing V1. So no accidental braking should be commenced after V1.

  • @186771054

    you're absolutely right.

  • Few hours a go I received this DVD and is awesome, one more for my collection. You recommend me the DVD of Iberia ?

  • awesome video

  • what are the sprays for at the begining?

  • It is because the aircraft is on delivery from the manufacturer and arriving at MVD for the 1st time from Canada

  • @JustPlanes Ah, thought it must be something along those lines, nice clean planes!.

  • A lot of airlines also do that for a captain or FO that is on their last flight before retirement. Kind of like a sign of respect and gratitude for their service.

  • @JustPlanes Is this pronounced "Bom-bar-dee-YAY?" you know, as French?

  • @Macinabit baptims by water, on Silvio Pettirosi (Asuncion- Paraguay). inaugural fly asuncion - montevideo. bautimo de vuelo inaugural asunción - montevideo.

  • like it

  • Pluna Uruguay is the best in america latina

  • cool speech by the capt ;) or shall i say space shuttle commander

  • ATC speaked in spanish, but its forom argentina, the airport was aeroparque, SABE.

  • cool!! its very wonderfull ship!!

  • Not the ATC speaks in Spanish because it is Uruguay.

  • why was i under the impression that "English" is the international Aviation/ATC language. Pilots are speaking English, but i'm hearing ATC doing a lot of Portuguese?

  • It's not Portuguese, It's Spanish. The ATC speaks Spanish in Aeroparque (ICAO:SABE/IATA:AEP) because its a regional airport and there is no need to speak English. Besides, charts indicate that in this Airport, ATC speaks Spanish. But if necessary, they understand and speak English very good.

The pilots speak in English on the airplane most of the times because the manuals and checklists are written in English

  • Check-ed ajajajajaja!!

  • 7:42 jaja

  • why does it have the same autopilot disconnect of the Airbus A318-A380?

  • why not?

  • cause the instrument are made by EADS (airbus, CRj, ATR,Socata...)

  • Just to let you know it would be Bombardier Aerospace, not CRJ.

  • the joking stuff was quite nice, never had that on any justplanes dvd's, very nice

  • Pluna Airlines it's from Uruguay. South America.

  • what country is that airline from?

  • The new color of pluna has relation with the name of my country. Uruguay in the language of the aborigens that lives of my country means river of the colorful birds.

  • I love the livery. It's artistic and beautiful!

  • These are very well done and superbly presented videos.

  • Excellent piloting, Very nice Capt, and First Officer as well...

  • great landing at 8:42! maby a little rough

  • nice a baptism of a new aircraft hehe

  • Damm I miss PLUNA !!!

  • Great Vid... as always.

  • Beautiful aircraft

  • presnillajones

    Its called water salute.

Its done by the airport authorities when there is a special occasion. I'm guessing there is something special going on here. Like first arrival, or Cpts last flight before retirement, or first Aircraft type into the airport etc...

  • super!!

  • why was the plane being sprayed with water?

  • Usually they do that when the Capt is making his last flight before retirement.

  • New aircraft being delivered from Canada

  • Really wow. I had no idea they did that. Thanks for the reply.

  • Or when they make its first flight.

Also when it arrives at an airport for the firt time.

  • I love the CRJ planes

  • Great!

  • Nice. I was surprised to see an American captain.

  • @DJMilo101 My father was a captain on the 747-1/2/300s operating for JAL & Korean Air for many years..

  • @DJMilo101 plane delivery from bombardier factory in canada, i'm not that surprised

  • @DJMilo101 He's not American, he's from Uruguay...

  • Beautifull plane

  • awsome!

  • great video as always.

  • An idle descent means that the plane descends without any power? Wow, I never knew planes could and did do that...

  • They don't turn the engines off as such, it's a bit like taking your foot off the accelerator in your car. They continue running but at the lowest possible power setting.

  • Would all commercial jetliners put the engines in idle when descending or is it at the discretion of the ATC/Captain and other circumstances like weather?

  • iddle descents are usually recommended for fuel savings.

  • Some 40% of power is used in descend of 737. That is lowest I think. Of course they can always use speed breakers if needed.

  • Nice-that captain was pretty cool...

  • cool crj

  • Nice

  • what is the aircraft getting sprayed with at the start, and what is the reason for the spray?

  • to answer your question to the best of my ability, it's water firstly and secondly, I've seen a few airlines do this when they unveil either a new livery or a new aircraft in their fleet even sometimes at the launch of a new airline.

  • they where flying the plane in from canada so it was a new plane for the airline..they do the water gun spray in special ocassion..and when theres a fire..lol =)

  • Great vid, just out of curiosity,Just Planes would you all be doing anymore Airlines from the Caribbean? Seeing that you did BWIA already, would you try to do another like Air Jamaica or LIAT or even the new Caribbean Airlines?

  • I waited eagerly for an exotic dvd like this one..Wonderful:)

  • another great video!

  • nice route. Veo que no hay ninguna ruta para Perú. You should make one from there.

  • Wow! Nice videos.
