I agree, but it depends how much power you put to the ground and what type of tires you're running with. Under 500 HP, I would always put my money on AWD. Over that, you can't touch RWD with sticky wide tires, traction bar and locking diff.
baseballplayer2600, Your Wrong. A Blow Off Valve is to vent the air that bounces off your Throttle Body plate when you release the throttle. Not releasing that pressure causes the air to back into the turbo compressor side and hard stops the rotation causing compressor surge and damage to the turbo. A wastegate is what vents exhaust gas to keep a consistent boost pressure.

Seriously guys, the WRX has got a compact Turbo, 4WD for good traction, so goodbye 350z which has a heavy V6 up front, a softer setup and less traction.

Some peopel where saying that AWD is better than RWD in a drag race, well you sir are wrong. RWD is the best way to go if you drag race. because all the weight and power will shift down onto the rear end which will give u better traction and will give u a way better chance of putting all of your hp down the 1/4 mile or w.e. racing u do.
i own a subaru, and i would not get another car. im a AWD guy my self, and its hella fun.

I agree, but it depends how much power you put to the ground and what type of tires you're running with. Under 500 HP, I would always put my money on AWD. Over that, you can't touch RWD with sticky wide tires, traction bar and locking diff.

baseballplayer2600, Your Wrong. A Blow Off Valve is to vent the air that bounces off your Throttle Body plate when you release the throttle. Not releasing that pressure causes the air to back into the turbo compressor side and hard stops the rotation causing compressor surge and damage to the turbo. A wastegate is what vents exhaust gas to keep a consistent boost pressure.

the reason some cars have turbo's is because the engine has smaller displacement, and has to make up for that gap somehow.
