I wouldn't compare HC with MT, MT is a far more competent person on economic affairs that Clinton. Yes indeed, the US have seen a good economic growth during Bill Clinton's term and maybe Hillary could benefit from his opinion, but Margaret Thatcher had the far more difficult job to reshape the whole economy.
