  • Ouch..

  • Pretty Hardcore, WOW.

  • Hello sir will iron forearm training affect use of fingers,i.e. manual dexterity?I play instruments as well as training

  • I once saw smoke coming off of your hand. What was that? Do you have any other iron palm/shin/forearm training posted?

  • So, how do you train?

  • Diligently.

  • hey, how old are you? is it ok to train like this? it wont give me problems when I am older?

  • Is there any specific dit da jow needed to train this way? Also is there any bad effects on ur body?

  • Yes there is a specific dit da jow and if trained properly there are no bad side effects.... The proof is in the results....

  • @SilverApe1428 yes there are very harmful affects to your body from dit da jow. the linament tightens your skin and gives it the iron toughness but after many years of trianing with using the linament before and after sessions your body becomes use to having the extra help from the dit da jow. as soo as you stop using the linament your skin will start to break down and ware away from everyday tasks. this information was recieved from my master Lawrence Burnes 8th degree, trained in shaolintemple

  • @prideofthesouth88 This is not true. Your master has not studied Bak Fu Pai and he does not use our dit da jow. There are not any harmful side effects from using properly prepared dit da jow plus the body does not go dependent on the di da jow. My skin is smooth and my hands are soft. My fingers and iron palms are strong.

  • how do you meditate with those birds chirping so much! lol. nice video

  • I could hit myself with a hammer like that. It isn't even that hard. That's not a good demonstration.

  • ok then wait till you are 86 and do it, just like Grandmaster Doo Wai

  • Wonderful! good job!

  • Ha ha ha ha . . . .

  • I don't doubt this master's medicine skills as I have had very good experience with many traditional medicine practitioners. But I doubt EVERY traditionalist's fighting skills until proven on a public level. That means real fighting, not demos. I live in Liaoning, there're many great traditional medicine and martial artists around. Some have exceptional skill in medicine and martial arts but I'll always be skeptical of someone's fighting skill until they prove it. That's just the way it is here.

  • Traditionalists put them selves on a high pedestal thinking that they're somehow special when in reality they aren't. They don't realize that many of them get fooled by these guys that got lucky enough to go to the US and realized they could make money brainwashing wai guo ren.

If you want to be the best fighter then fuckin' fight. When all of the world sees you kicking a bunch of folks ass THEN you can begin to speak. cao ta ma, ni men zhen shi sha bi...

  • To ANY trained fighter a street fighter isn't much harder than beating a drunken retarded monkey. Get real. Street fights are not anywhere near as difficult as pro-level championship fights.

You traditionalists are a fuckin' joke. You sit there attempting to live in an old school "Kung Fu" flick thinking you're the man because you can beat a street fighter. The only thing your "masters" have to prove their skill are are papers, letters and words.

  • Traditionalists are funny. First, you guys talk crap about MMA or Thai or any full contact competitions saying it's a "safe" way to fight and fights on the streets are different and have no rules yet you NEVER see traditionalist fighting in ANY competition with no pads and no rules, nor do you see any videos of them engaged in any street fights.

    ...

  • This isn't real right?! If you want strong shins and forearms kick and punch a hard bag. He's not conditioning his shins or forearms, look where he hits with the mallot.

  • Be careful my friend, you may need knee and hip replacement in the future.... Peace.

  • Yeah, I agree that hard fighting is detremental to the body (less so than being a couch potato though). But, if you are going to condition the body for impact... what better way than actually striking? Sitting in a chair or actually working on technique, power, agility, speed etc... It sounds like this master is looking for all the benefits of being a fighter without fighting.

  • This is only a demonstration by GM Doo Wai my friend. GM Doo Wai is a family-inherited grandmaster handed down from father to son for 6 generations. The system is complete with herbal dit da and energy healing knowledge as well as the gung fu. As a close-door disciple of GM Doo Wai, I can attest to completeness of Bak fu Pai. With true internal and external iron body conditioning there is no long-term injuries. Peace my friend and wish you the best in your training.

  • wtf are you talking about hip and knee replacement?? Heavy bags or banana trees. Kick em enough and they'll makes your shins strong. Thai boxers are KNOWN for their elboms and shins for a reason. You "Kung Fu" traditionalists. All that "closed door" training really closes your mind too apparently...

  • This is not conditioning exercises, this is only a demo by Grandmaster Doo Wai to show that our arms and legs can turn very hard by Bak Fu Pai conditioning exercises.

  • By hitting his forearm with a rubber malot? I don't see any real fighters or trainers showing this technique instead of showing the correct way to train. I understand he is old and obviously not fighting anymore. But, why not teach people to train the right way? In boxing do trainers teach fighters to do this, or do they hold pads and teach fighters to fight?

  • We teach iron body and iron palm at our schools. If you want learn it join one of our schools. Peace my friend.

  • Most serious martial artists do body hardening exercises. Iron kung fu is simply taking it to an extreme.

Boxing teaches some skills that can be useful in a fight, but it's a sport. By using padded gloves, boxers actually cheat themselves out of a lot of the body hardening conditioning they could be getting. Mike Tyson, for instance, once broke his hand punching a man in a bar fight. He had plenty of power, but he hadn't built up his hands to be able to deal with it in a real fight.

  • DrHarout, this video was a very VERY poor demo to show off the conditioning of your style. There is a man named Pan Qing Fu. He was one of my old coaches' coaches a long long ways back in either Shandong or Hangzhou. Hao xiang shi Hangzhou, wo wang le. Anyway, he is a good example of real conditioning. He moved over to North America to make money off of stupid foreigners but it's ok, can't knock his hustle. But yea, this demo was bad.

  • Listen guys....if there is one thing I learned there are 400 million know it all on the net ...let alone you tube.

    I generally ignore the twits.

Sorry Jung Shee...they do make me upset....they can be experts in there own little world.

Thank you for providing so much Grandmaster.

    We all appreciate you.

  • go ahead and fight him and see what happens. id rather fight tank and kimbo at ther same time then a internal master. ufc is way to safe of a fight. street has no rules whats so ever. im not saying ufc guys cant fight but im saying it has to many rules to make the fight "safe". real fight is no rules no time limit no reff, if u die u fucken die.

  • kungfumike,

real streets have guns. People rarely die from a hand on hand fight... Don't be so foolish. To say that PROVEN skilled fighters are less capable of winning a street fight, because they compete in competitions with rules, than an internal traditional master with NO proof of fighting skills is senseless. Typical brainwashed westerners...

  • royutube:Too many "masters" throwing theories around, with no actual fight experience.

Reply, Yes I do agree with you, most Kung fu shifus can't fight, they do throw a lot of theories arround and a fighter that is good at street fighting can beat any Kung Fu shifu, a good boxer can beat any Kung Fu shifus. However, I am not one of them.Good Luck with your training.

  • thats such a lie lmao, my shifu is an ex-bouncer, hes also been in cage no-barred fighting matches and won them, UFC did not allow him to enter. Go to a wing chun master and ask for a 6inch punch, see if you can stand up after being hit with body armor on you, hes also had numerous fights with people, theres no comparison in training the speed and strength is amazing...btw hes not 70-100 years old like some, hes about 25-28 and will pwn any1

  • My friend, GM Doo Wai is demonstrating internal conditioning. There is no nerve damage in our conditioning.

  • I always thought the shin was on the FRONT of the leg. I can beat on the OUTSIDE with no training!

  • its unwise to underestimate white tiger and internal conditioning methods....muay thai is good and there are many other external systems that have merit.

there are, though, many things under heaven.

    t:)

  • muay thai is the only thing that works ;)

  • Muay Thai,,is that a dish? I bet you wear that tennis racket on your head dont you?! lol.

  • what a noob hitting his muscle and not the shin itself with that hammer. you all can do the same , its very easy. pls call this video iron bullshit and not iron shin you wannabe.

  • Yes these chinese masters think they know everything but they know nothing and My Tai is the best and it is the only thing that works. Ha ha haaaaaa

  • hahahahahaaaaa

  • the noob has no hard shin, he hits his shin muscle with the hammer and not the shin itself

  • These chinese masters know what they're doing- they have lots of conditioning methods- learn and listen more, rather then criticise and doubt.

  • For you doubter why don't you go meet with him.everyone has their own way of doing things, who to say that your way is the best way.

  • This is just a demo. Learn BFP if you want real iron body

  • So where exactly is the training method in this? The beating of yourself with a rubber hammer? This is the dumbest thing I've seen - I've trained Thai and Kung Fu and we dont' condition that way...terrible.

  • It's not conditioning... it's a demo about the effectivness of his internal style, he built that streangth without the hammer of course. Because it's internal, not external. If you don't know the difference then I can't help you understand. He has been doing an internal style of kung fu since he could walk. You probably do an external style of kung fu.

  • You tell them.....Ha Ha haaaaaa

  • Did I hear Tae-Bo?

A parrot or two may make up for the air of prestige that usually emanates from a respectable master

  • why muay thai, are they unbeatable and no bullshit?

  • looks an ass kicker to me

  • Too much talk. Fight a muay thai boxer and see if your theories are true or bullshit.

  • sound a little perturbed there royutube, why?

  • Too many "masters" throwing theories around, with no actual fight experience.

  • this is a very very effective training that does not work to make you "a good fighter" it provides conditioning similar to what a Muay Thai boxer does for their shins, but in a way that avoids long-term injury. Yes i have done this training, so i speak from experience.
