I agree. Personally, I loved FFX's soundtrack. I thought most of the songs were amazing, especially To Zanarkand and Fight With Seymour. Then FFX-2 came out and I wasn't pleased. Thankfully, the few tracks I've heard from FFXIII sound pretty awesome so far.

The composer Masashi Hamauzu provided some wonderful pieces similar to this for FFX, like the Zanarkand Ruins theme, Mt Gagazet, Besaid Island, and several other incidental themes.

I really love his work on FFX and I'm definitely looking forward to this soundtrack :D

Nobuo Uematsu is composing the theme song, which is not necessarily the main theme.

But both themes are probably going to be amazing, and this one sure is :D
