I have a bunny and I let it visit my parents`and brother`s dogs. It is kind of skittish around them, but it has allowed one of the dogs, Max, to lick her fur. I know that you have to be really careful with bunnies around dogs and cats. I usually just hold he rand let them come over and see her when she is still within reach. One of the dogs tends to go crazy and could do a lot of harm if she wanted to. Your dog seemed mild mannered though.

What you are seeing is totally hormonally driven behavior. I have a feeling that bunny is not spayed/neutered. The dog is very tolerant but you can see it is getting a little frustrated.
