  • Good job on the trainer for staying out of her way. Nothing is worse than sweating your ass off while someone is all up in your junk. This is a perfect distance for trainers to be.

    With his coaching style, being closer would be intrusive.

  • Is that really a 16kg KB or 16 pounds? Huge effort great strength and form well done. Very deep squats going deeper than knees?

  • Brilliant stuff, I FELT YOUR PAIN !!! seriously if you aint tried tabata , you aint felt pain...brilliant conditioners, very hard,...but only for a short while.......which seems like a lifetime when you're doing them :)

    Good effort Julie, most guys would struggle doing those.

    I have to say, though - is it just me or does the trainer sound just like Denzel Washington? I am totally digging it!

  • Good work and good inspiration for me - I am gonna do my first Tabata KB lifts. Barbell thrusters may be better for muscle building and testosterone kicking but KB seems to be easier for the weightlifting newbie. Talking about thoracic spine mobility and stress on knee joints with heavy weights.
