That was a UFO attracted to the light show and thought there was intellingent life here, when they saw tony blair they realised that the human race was not so clever and flew off again, it's a shame because they could of brought better technology to us, smaller mobile phones maybe

That was a plane, and you should be able to see the wing lights flash. As it has been sped up the vid only captures some flashes. Thanks for posting!
