Rathbone has been out for the past 12 months with a chronic knee injury. Rathbone underwent surgery to remove a bone spur in his left knee in November and has since made a slow recovery. He only ran on a mini-trampoline for the first time yesterday.

It's a step in the right direction but it's just one of those things where I really don't know if or when I'll be back," Rathbone told The Canberra Times."I couldn't say I'm confident that I think I'll get out there and be able to play for the Brumbies this year."

I never said you said that, i just said he didn't so he could return and very easily, huxley had a brain tumor and he wants to return, if he has the right training and support rathbone could very easily get through it, look at Latham he had knee surgery and still managed to heal months early to play the world cup!
