Hi Tara ! I've been practising yoga for about a year now, i discovered your videos about a week ago, and since then i practise with you every day ! Thank you so much, you are so inspiring ! Could you tell me, what exactly is the kind of yoga u teach (is it like hatha, does it have a name or u developed your own stile?) I'd like to learn it , maybe become an instructor one day, but I really like your skill best !and since i'm not from NY, what are my chances ? Again, U ARE GREAT ! <3
i actually took on this philosophy a few months ago when I was setting up my new tasks for the year, aswell as adding get the car taxed, renew the home insurance etc I put on things like have a candle bath, do a face mask, read a book for an hour. Its weird once I applied my business planning to my own health and wellbeing I have been happier and actually done the things on my calander/check list rather than just saying I will.
Tara, I was wondering, do you think the 'Yoga Meltdown' DVD with Jillian Michaels is a good everyday or 3/4x a week routine? Or should I stick with your videos?
Where I live, there aren't any yoga classes available, so my really method is through DVDs or videos like yours or yogatic's. So, I was wondering: can I rely on Jillian Michael's DVD, or should I perform a couple of your videos everyday instead?

Also, random, but I'm still kind of new to meditation but I've been trying to do it more often, and these days when I do it, I'll suddenly hear you going "meditation mondays! Yaaay! Meditation Mondays!" in my head (when my mind starts to drift a bit) hahahaha.

How about yoga for getting over illness. I have an ear infection on both ears and I haven't been able to do yoga for a few days (I miss it!!) How can I modify yoga moves to cater to my problem :(

@nijce88 Possibly. but 99.9% of your hair, skin and nail health are going to be from your diet. Lots of greens, fruits, and a small amount of nuts and seeds.
@nijce88 yes. . diet is super essential. . also yoga and meditation correct imbalances in the system, refresh the skin, and leave you feeling fantastic. .also regular practice of yoga . . when you are paying attention reprogrmas you to want to eat more greens and healthy things. . which will make your hair and skin better :) all good things!
