@nagaman147 number 14 is on cortana in the generator room in the top section if done correctly stand on the bridge and destroy all 3 generators and just as the final one blows up jump and you super bounce. go around the circle and you will find it. its effect is unknown however people have called it "That-skull-that-gives-you-a-s­partan-laser-on-the-next-level­".
