maritkvaale, it is not a thematically ballet from heart. Gsovsky choreographed this ballet to show the brilliant technic of the dancer and the elegance of classical ballet. This dancer perfectly express the essence of the choreography.

Yes - envy does occur amongst dancers. Is that what you mean? I am not a dancer. I am a designer. I just love watching ballet, and this girl is perfect. Perhaps you are a dancer? This was not a joke, it was something that could really let her throw her beauty out from her heart. Perhaps it is YOU who carries the envy? I am confused.

As a dancer, I know that this is not a "character" variation, like Kitri or Esmerelda. This variation perfectly shows off the dancer's technique and control, which Sophie Parcen does beautifuly. Because you aren't a dancer I can't expect you to understand how easily she performs this - she controls and extends every movement .
