try this outdoor using flash set the camera at 800 speed 4 aperture outdoor no flash 2.8 aperture 1200 speed depend on the sunlights...more lights more speed... iso 64 you can get good quality pics... for macro use manual fucos...much better...
@rogest25 , in scene mode there's a MACRO setting BUT you can also use the dial on the right where you can see a flower, the with the tele-macro on top you have to make it closer to the object while it shows the bar in green. Meanwhile you have to be close close to the object.
you choose MACRO, then you use the T/W to focus on something but only while the bar on the screen shows in green (beside the gree icon flower) the back ground has to be a bit far away to make it blur and also play the aperture
Salutacions.
how did u do the ettings to make the pictures clear? what modes did you use?
MiszxShawtyxPinai 1 year ago
@MiszxShawtyxPinai --I used the P mode + macro
With the mantis I used the tele and had to be very still because the insect was up up on a tree, but the cam heped a lot, as you can see

@heroneta thanks last question how do u make it smooth? cause mine sometimes turns out pixelly.
MiszxShawtyxPinai 1 year ago
@MiszxShawtyxPinai
the macro ones.... I always see them smooth
look in menu, image quality = fine, and also
image size, 8Mb or 12 mb are the best and the biggest

@rogest25 you just press down, the button with the flower.

@boraroy,
You have to zoom in to the object, when you're a couple of meters from the object
