  • Hey! i do exactly the same , but there is not that special cream on top of the cafe! why is that? i only get just black stuff. somebody told me it is because i heat it very fast. by the way , i don't have a kitchen with fire , just ordinary one.

  • @DEN1ERU What do you want to know about the cleaning?

  • @DEN1ERU What do you want to know about the cleaning?

  • is that one cup or two cup?

  • @KoolJust4U the coffee machine is for two cups

  • This is not espresso!! and the heat is to high the coffee should never boil. try lower heat and you will notice the taste difference. Almost like Cinnamon.

  • @onecrazymofo1 that's a bialetti brikka and you sir, don't understand the video.

  • @rogermorsee What? Answer a question, Is it an espresso? When you can then you can tell me what I understand. The goal of the comment was to help him not to burn his mokko man sorry if I affended your lack of intelligence.

  • @onecrazymofo1 the brikka has a special valve that makes that kind of foam. the coffee didn't BOIL or BURN. the noise comes from the valve, same thing for the bubbles, it is the way it's supposed to work.

  • @rogermorsee That's not an espresso and you dumbass don't not understand the comment. And you are getting on my nerves with your stupidity

  • Yuck!!!!!!! Sugar in your tiny espresso and not just 1 but 3 teaspoons.

  • @klarinetta as I have explained in my previous comments, the teaspoon was very small and I personally like it sweet :)

  • love it

  • im not surprised that hes using sugar, he put 6 tea spoons of coffee in there. Jesus christ you could resurrect a dinosaur with that amount of caffeine. Go easy people caffeine isnt good for you, although it is nice.

  • @priced80 That's why we drink only of few sips of that coffee and not a full glass like that obtained by drip brewing :)

  • @krige but hasnt that few sips got the same amount of caffeine in?

  • @krige @krige but hasnt that few sips got the same amount of caffeine in? i used to drink coffee like this when i worked in a restaurant but coffee from these machines with the packets of ground coffee just seem extremely strong and bitter, which is probably why you need sugar

  • @priced80 An espresso cup has about as much caffeine as a cup of strong coffee, but servings for espresso are much smaller, which means that the content of caffeine per milliliter are much higher than with a regular brew. Caffeine is more quickly assimilated when taken in concentrated dosages, such as an espresso cup.

  • @krige Well I did not know that. You could probably come and teach on my neuroscience PhD.

  • @priced80 only joking. Yeah i suppose you are right, it is probably digested a bit quicker depending on what you already have in your stomach. Which is probably nothing in the morning.

  • @priced80 actually espresso is usually taken after the meal because it is said to help digestion. I never drink it with an empty stomach.

  • @priced80 I probably couldn't, I got that information from the web :)

  • what grind of coffee do u use for this??

  • @streamr89 It's Caffè Aiello, my favourite brand :)

  • I agree

  • what the fuck were you expecting? all these videos have the same format.

  • I meant treacle!! The crema produced by this pot is far superior to my standard bialetti. But the nespresso machine is also good and a lot less hastle.

  • I thinks its a sort of coffee treekle he is making.

  • What is a treekle? He is making who?

  • Mmmm..yummy..

  • NICE! I wish the Kaliffa were still available.

  • It is still available, with a different name and slightly different shape. Now it's called "Brikka".

  • Yes, I have a Brikka, which I like very much, but I liked my Kaliffa better. Unfortunately I managed to break it. =(

And I would pay double regular price for true Bialetti 10-cup filters/gaskets. Oddly, they're not available as a replacement product and the Bialetti Class 10-cup stovetop unit requires them. 9-cup size are easy to find, but no 10's. (Eern when advertised as 10's)

  • aahhhh...!!! sugar

  • no way it is drugs lol

  • hello, nice video! I have a question: do u use high heat when making the espresso or low heat? I have a moka myself, n I use the "strong coffee" I make as a base for latte.

  • Thanks :) It depends from the moka. With most of the moka machines low heat is better, but with this particular moka, high heat is suggested.

  • I am sure the sugar is needed to drench the excessive bitterness of this brew. Sorry, but this is not a "perfect espresso" but a strong and strongly bitter coffee made from pre-ground coffee. If you like it, good for you!

  • It depends on the water and coffee you use. I've been using a moka and brika for years. With the right coffee and right grind, it's perfect. I had a Starbucks Barista Zia Espresso machine and NEVER made a decent shot!!! Just work with her........

  • @expealidocious888 exactly

  • Nice video, but the 3 spoons of sugar are insane!

  • Thanks for your comment :) They are actually 2 and half, but the spoon was very small, that's why I needed three. The quantity of sugar depends on one personal preference; a fact is that the less sugar you use, the better the espresso works to help the digestion.

  • hahaha - I love the fact that everyone who's commented on this is amazed at the 3 sugars! It's exactly what I thought! Ditch the sugar!
