It's been 100 years...Republican and Democratic Party..both..7 Presidents have come and gone. This one...got it done! Congratulations. Basic Health Care is a right and not a privilege. It was messy....and not everybody likes everything about it...but..it's a huge step..in the right direction. The rest of the world watches...and scratches it's collective head...why are so many Americans so easily confused and scared about this issue. Society has to be about more than the few at the top.

I didn't see it as boot-licking at all. I saw it as a combination of being vice-president and Biden's endearing (?) mouth. So yeah, basically I think he was doing his job.
