No, you cannot these sleeves. The sleeves must be recompiled to each individual custom skin, so you can't just drag it into your cstrike folder. You need some knowledge in compiles if you want that sleeve skin to work with all of your custom skins. It will also take a really long time to do so.

If you want the MW2 hand skins, search it in google since someone made a pack. HOWEVER, it will only work with default models, meaning NO OTHER SKINS BESIDE THE HANDS.
