Also, if you have actually listened to my videos and look at the information in them, I would hardly think that a 27 is a fair rating. Not every video needs to look like a transformers movie to be high quality.
@therealweeklynews I was thinking like they do show another way of thinking why they may have rejected your application.
I wasn't saying in any way that you have bad or low quality content in your show just that presenting "department" doesn't look so good for google.
You are right I didn't hear a lot of your videos and the rating it's not my actual rating is the ration I thought google may give you when looking at your vids.

@therealweeklynews I didn't say that showing your face in the vids makes more or less a point, it's just about improving your visual quality of the show because if you don't some people will think that your vid doesn't worth watching because it's just text and words and doesn't has that visual interest in people. You will definitely grow your audience if you go visual.
I know it's hard when filming yourself but I think it makes a difference. Some people may not stay to see your point otherwise

well youtube has changed alot since then. as long as you get views and can be a marketable client then they dont care what your posting (to a degree).
The sad part about this is that if an existing partner were to donate their revenue to a charity, it would be all over the front page and the YouTube blog. We would never hear the end of it. But because you want to, they're just going to ignore it.
I understand your intentions are good, but Archfiend put it best, they are not going to promote someone who will probably interrupt their flow of money. That's why they were trying so hard to get rid of Arch, he was speaking out against the whores of Youtube, and they realized that they made a mistake making him a partner because all he was doing was making the Youtube users realize that the whores are only their to make money for themselves and Youtube. You exploit Youtube in your videos aswell
@dalejr88and8 I was accepted into the partnership program. I also turned it down after they would not review those videos. I wrote all about this on my blog. I EXPOSE youtube, not exploit.

I asked for YouTube Partnership a week ago but I never recieved a reaction to this day. Not even a confirmation that I asked to become youtube partner. nothing.
I have a video that got pretty popular within the first few hours of posting. it got up to 301 views in about 2 hours and now, months later the view count stays at 301 even though I know it's been viewed by friends and stuff.

I also think you are WAY off base acting like informational videos need to be more like a coloring book. Its simply this... you're videos, as inspiring and educationally beneficial as they may be, do not entertain their target demographic of 12-16 year old pop teens, that fall at the graces of untalented shills such as Fred and Shane Dawson. Its sad... really sad.
It's all in profit. they feed on the famous youtubers, and when they're done, they randomly drag someone out and make THEM famous, then cripple that person. the cycle continues until youtube's logo has big, bold letters under it, saying:

I choose to make the videos the way I do and 12,000,000 views total and over 60,000 subscribers total (with no support from youtube at all) shows VERY clearly that what I am doing is fine for most of the people that actually listen to what I have to say.

Hey i dont really think thats the case because thats not how the youtube partnership programme works.
Advertisers only want to advertise their stuff on channels that are getting a regular return of viewers (subscribers) and by the looks of it there is not much traffic on your channel. also you only get money for the ammount of people who click on the ad e.g if one person clicks on the add you get 1cent if 100,000 click on the add you get $1000.00. otherwise wouldn't we all do that??
You get a message on your homepage once you recieve a certian number of hits, i got it, but when i submitted, my video has some copyright so it got deleted

You got to think like them and what they want is to make money.
And if you wanted to donate you could do this without hem knowing.
You could embed this videos to your website through longtailvideo player and put ads on that, you could even place adsense.

Now to play the devil advocate.
You videos because you don't show your face and just put some photos and just use your voice, have low quality.
You don't do a lot of work others do showing their face on camera.
You do more an audio podcast thing than a video show and that's why I think they didn't accepted you in the partnership program.
If you want your show to have a grater quality I recommended a HD camera, lights and a green screen.
On the quality meter from 1 to 100, I give you 27.

Youtube/Google has a monopoly in online video content systems, yes. They chose who gets paid.
You also have the ability to change your video host.
Deal with it.
Can you still re-apply for this? Try. Anyways, if they wanted to "censor" you, they would just delete your account. It is complete up to them.

Hmmm Youtube has the right to choose who they feel would be a profitable partner to them. Its not about who has the best intentions its about who can draw more people to their "brand". Complaining that youtube has this right to choose who they want as a partner is almost like complaining the the GM of the Knicks didnt pick you for his basketball team.

Well in short, you bring substance and try to educate. I choose to make the videos the way I do and 12,000,000 views total and over 60,000 subscribers total (with no support from youtube at all) shows VERY clearly that what I am doing is fine for most of the people that actually listen to what I have to say.

Hey i dont really think thats the case because thats not how the youtube partnership programme works.
Advertisers only want to advertise their stuff on channels that are getting a regular return of viewers (subscribers) and by the looks of it there is not much traffic on your channel. also you only get money for the ammount of people who click on the ad e.g if one person clicks on the add you get 1cent if 100,000 click on the add you get $1000.00. otherwise wouldn't we all do that??
