i think this was a very good episode (but i prefer the trailer that aired in Mexico) definitively my two favorite moments were when Clark travels to the future and when he walks away you see the SUPERMAN SAVES THE DAY headline and when he meets a 30 year old version of himself this is among my favorite episodes ever.

@clana99 Clark n Lana had good moments early on, very sweet together, I think season 2... but seasons 4, 5, 6, 7, the snippet in 8, it was like watching these two BANG THEIR HEADS against the wall REPEATEDLY. Like they were addicted to negative emotions with one another. "Star crossed" and "Tragic", not words to be associated w a healthy relationship or "true" love, it's more associated w "not meant to be". So far it's been VERY good for Clark to be with Lois, just count the man's smiles.

AS an adult, there's something called evolving, growing, maturing... and suddenly you realize that "DRAMA" isn't good for a long term relationship.
Kristin Kreuk is beautiful, but the character Lana was not the best thing for Clark's needs.

I'm sightly confused with you're premise. Smallville is suppose to tell Superman's story before he became a hero. So really, this IS a story about Superman. This is his journey to becoming Superman --not some alternate universe where he settles in Smallville and marries Lana.
