To get out the trouble of copyright, you just simply change the video, like I made my Toxic ET video, I make two Britney Spears, or you can just slip the video,.... Just change the video(not the audio)the way you like, as long as it's different from the original

@KanceThieu Ya I know, I use the original videos and i'll use transitions to change it from one video to another. Then I use special effects to make the videos look different. (EXAMPLE) in one of my videos I use Remeber the time and toxic, Michael jackson will start singing and then when a certinan Beat or meldys starts I will use a effect called "Shatter". and then I'll change it to britney singing toxic.

In my discritption I will have a copyright notice and it still gets bloked.

@sammyUknow - Just get two songs with similar chords and tempos (you can change the tempo of one to suit the other but sometimes it just WON'T work). Take the acapella from one and the instrumental from the over and BOOM, instant mashup.

You could go one better and get the acapella from the other song, then both singers sing.
