@k32414116 以我所知 , 在香港的鐵路列車是可以把靜電或者雷擊的電利用車輪帶到路軌去散­電。而且還有「放電裝置」例如「靜電放射器」(Static Discharger) 之類的東西。加上雷電只會打在一些又高又尖的東西上 (尖端放電) 所以應該不用把外圍全部用金屬罩起來的。但是追尾事件就暴露了 CRH-3 的設計或者維修保養上的問題。

另外我認為 追尾事件 不是 雷電 所致的,而是設計上出了問題。尤其是 供電系統 。很多外國的高速火車都有多重的備用系統。例如話有 備用電力系統 ( Auxiliary power unit ) 可以在主機故障時提供有限度電力給重要系統運作。E.g 通信系統,照明系統,列車自動保護系統(Automatic Train Protection-ATP) , 列車自動監控系統(Automatic Train Supervision-ATS)等。但很明顯,備用和主要系統­同時故障是很罕有的事,這裏應該有些內幕。

This video also reminds me my train trip to Badalin years ago. It's from Xizhimen railway station, I believe it's the same as Beijing North in the video. What a mess! The train was also dirty and slow.

I'm going back to China next year, I'll take train to Badalin again. I hope the state of Zhan Tianyou is still there.
