With Bucharest being the capital and largest city, do you know if an ignorant american would be safe outside of it? From what I understand, there's a lot of Romanians who speak English. If I were to travel there not knowing any Romanian, would I instantly be lost? This is of course only a dream of mine, to actually go to an amazing place like this.
