Well the troopers ate at the beginning of their shifts, several hours earlier, but the fact that i see quite a few around the table means that they took their break just to come and be with him.
Nobody goes on break before 10 am usualy.
As for the styrofoam it's used a lot as its hard to get a lot of clean water for the dishwasher, the piping is bad and clean water is a tight ressource.

Since you don't know what you're talking about, let me help you. Obama visited troops in Combat Field Hospitals in Afghanistan and Iraq w/ Chuck Hagel and Jack Reed. Once he left the "Congressional" (i.e official, taxpayer supported) portion of his trip and entered the "campaign" portion, Obama made a judgment call not to bring his campaign to the regional medical center in Germany. So, give the man a little credit for being a lot smarter than you.

We already have 'medical care being rationed' by the insurance industry. The more they 'ration' the more profits.
With a universal federal health care SYSTEM, all the money would be spent on care not profits.
Don't even try the 'long wait' argument. How long does one of the 47 mill witout insurance have to wait?? What good is the best care if you can't access it?

Note there is never any food on his fork,nor is there any food gone from his tray. Also note that the soldiers are more intent in talking to each other than they are in focusing on the Messiah. What a fraud! Besides Nobody puts their oatmeal or whatever in a styrofoam cup unless their eating on the run. If you look at it frame by frame it's obviously staged.

I'm not afraid of CHANGE, but change can be for the better or for the worse. Nowhere does BO indicate what his CHANGE will encompass. It's just platitudes for the feeble minded. Nuclear assault from Iran would be a change,likewise 25% unemployment would be a change, having food,fuel,medical care being rationed would be a change, skyrocketing interest and inflation would be a change, but is this the CHANGE you're looking for? Reagan was at least good with foreign affairs-but he was horrible at domestic issues. Just think of America before and after the 80's....what is different after the 80's? Extremely high amounts of drugs and crime in the inner cities, corporations taking the place of mom and pop shops, factories closing down.

I was actually very glad the republicans decided to run McCain-I mean, I never vote for any republican, but psychos like Mitt Romney, Fred Thompson, Sam Brownback and Mike Huckabee scare the shit out of me.

It looks like the good guys are going to win in Iraq after all, no thanks to Obama and them Dems. If he wants to get some of his gravitas back for supporting retreat & defeat instead of the surge, he should be asking NATO to relieve our troops in Afghanistan for a few years. If he could get them to do that, he might get my vote.
