It's amusing because watermelon is a food that is stereotypically enjoyed by black people and the way Delkus was so cocky with the delivery. Plus, John responded to the question with "Yeah, we'll see how it works" which was odd.

I'm confused...what's racist about that? He looks at the label and says "watermelon"...nothing racial in my mind unless the anchor's favorite flavor is cherry and he's disappointed he got watermelon and the meteorologist making fun of him.
