i had my eggs ready....still i love sports commentary,look forward to see it every night.....now asafa you will have to break tyson gay 9.71 PR. i've always seen him as a 9.6 runner but tyson gay i think is maxed out at 9.7....if asafa works on his top end speed with that killer start and acceleration he will definately run 9.6 which is not far from his PR 9.72...do some speed endurance training maybe try running 110m under 10sec and you will have train your body to go all the way.
