if JMB was sincere/transparent and showed us the actual cost of each lift,warranty & upkeep it; I don's suppose any1 should refuse to pay. Question is: what if they screw up again(like the waterfall incident) and demand that you contribute again, would you pay? 2 lifts are expected to operate in April 7th and hopefully JMB will tell us all the truth for the repair cost.

so what is the conclusion after the meeting? residents still need to pay for the lift repair of RM450++ each unit?
