  • what r u doing during the part that begins at 3:33?

  • I think it's a great cover, great lesson and the 'nuances' come from the guy playing alone in the basement, that can't be taught anyhow.

  • I'd love it if you could do another video for a live version of this song. They do it in B, and with a more "Chuck Berry" feel so it's almost a completely different song. Just some of the changes are hard to pick out.

  • I got to say, that this is your only lame one so far. There is a lot going on in this song . you just "glis" over all that nice rhythm stuff that the guitars are doing hat really make the song and play a ""third part that you make up.That's fine, except for those who are attempting to learn the the nuances of the piece. Why don't you try an electric guitar...after all.... it's only R'nR.

  • @geod1234567890 If you're looking for a version that's exactly the way it is played on the original recording, my advice would be to look for a YouTube demo posted by the person who played this part on the original recording. Unfortunately, I wasn't there for that recording session -- I was in second-grade social studies class.

And incidentally, why don't YOU try an electric guitar? There's nothing stopping you from posting your own version.

  • @fredystones The lead guitar fills are E pentatonic, mostly minor with a few major licks thrown in.

  • you're a pimp man,good job=))

  • What is the guitar tuning on this.

    Thanks for all your videos.

  • @scottywhatty Standard tuning (EADGBE), though I'm not sure if it's tuned slightly up or down.

  • Any way you could do gimme shelter by the stones, stay with me by the faces or squeezebox,by the who?

  • @Aaronlm91 Already did Gimme Shelter. I'll see if I can put Stay With Me on the list. And there's no way I'll do Squeeze Box. I detest that song.

  • @privettricker Lol thanks man. 1 outta three aint bad.

  • this is such a great song, and there are a number of licks that can be played at any given point. You can go on down and bar chord the E and put the shuffle in there, you can just hold an open chord E and hammer on the b string with pinky at the second fret. occasionally going to the third fret on the b, and on and on and on

  • Ron Wood's plays acoustic guitar on this. His first appearance on a Stones record.

  • can you a lesson for this song please?
