  • Is that sound normal for a Pomeranian? O.O

    Or any dog?

  • That's the sound my old motorcycle does.

  • That Pom is an asshole.

  • this is fake, its obviously two Japanese guys dressed up like dogs wile playing the kazoo!

  • Looks to me like the 16 year old is doing his Cesar Milan impression. :)

"So you see... I don led him take away ma space... I using cahm assertive enagy"

  • @fearguis this made me LOL :D

  • they watched too much Formula 1

  • The dog should be, taken to the doctor. It looks worn, and distressed.

  • hehe why is he making these noises?

  • Poms are so narky, i had to sell mine last week because she wouldnt stop biting my other dogs ankles and it was totally stressing him out and she continuously bit my sons legs and ankles whenever he moved, couldnt be having that and she just wouldn't listen to be trained not to bite (before you even comment on it all u haters)!!

Babys before dogs in my case, but i do miss her dearly!

  • I would probably see this as a time to tell the white 4 year old Pomeranian that this is inappropriate behavior. I wouldn't watch as my 16 year old tan Pomeranian is being bullied by a mean dog. Perhaps teaching your dogs to be polite & share would be a better more positive idea........

  • You may wish to consider that this one-minute slice of life occurred THREE YEARS AGO: not yesterday. Do you know for a fact that I did _nothing_ to correct inappropriate behavior within the last three years? Based on the fact that the two dogs that I presently own are nicely groomed, well mannered and perfect companions for each other, perhaps I, along with my pets have learned a thing or two over time and may not benefit from carefully worded disparagement based on the unchangeable past.

  • @muttsnack perhaps you did learn from the past that this behavior & lack of correcting the behavior leads to more ill behavior & mistreatment of the older dog. I commend you for learning. But not for being so easily offended.

  • Not offended nor have I reason to DEfend myself. It's just YouTube; 60 seconds of fluff. I heard noises by the food dish, grabbed my camera and captured a moment not particularly representative of how I live or treat my dogs. I shared it on YouTube for a few friends who see this all in context. 30,000 people showed up! Many are amused. It's popular so I leave it posted. My other video "Kissy" draws little traffic OR harsh comments. My "behaving dogs" vids won't be here. Guess why? BORING.

  • so cute

  • Poor older dog!

    So cute though!

  • Omg that's too cute!!!! My doggy's 17 years old!

  • that dog would get a headbutt from me! >:-|

  • 16 years is old o.o

the 4 year old should respect the elders xD lol

  • so meannn

    but they are so adorable!

  • ugh, that's so sad

respect your elder, little 4 year old

  • Omg, how can you just be laughing at a scene like this ....

Instead of filming them, you should just put another bowl with food on the floor for the older dog.

  • awe the older one looks so SAD!! This is so mean!! :( (your younger one sounds like a weed whacker! haha)

  • i feel so bad for the older one! you better have put two dishes down later cause thats so sad =(

  • Dog's like, "get away from my food...get away from my food!" Grr Argh!

  • poor ickle doggie <3 evil 4 year old :(

  • 16yr old dog looks sad .

    aww.

  • 4yr old with more authority than the 16yr old?! that's messed up! hahaha

  • the 16 year old one is like what the hell dude..lol

  • the pom is so cute but the little growl got kinda annoying after a while.

    cute lil pom

  • OMG 16 years old??? thats amaizing, most poms make it to 12-14

  • share little guy!!!....so cute...makes me miss my Gizmo so much..I like the look on his face at the end he is like geeze its about time you took the hint. so cute

  • ngrrrrrrrrrr

  • so sweet :D

I love how the younger one is reluctantly shuffling away as the video goes on hehe

    Great Video, thanks for sharing

  • ha ha ...my Pom also freaks me out when he does this

  • not happy

  • wow.. old pomeranian! hhaaha poor thing xD.. that noise creeps me out when mine does it.

  • why are they making weird noises? lol

  • thats unhealthy

  • All pomeranians make that noise when they're pissed.

  • are they a certain type of poms?

they look different from normal ones.

  • The younger one looks like a pom/American Eskimo cross. I've got one of those, quite by accident. (The shelter had no idea that their "purebred" pom, was anything but. love him anyway)

  • dude theres a wasp in his fur get it out lol

  • haha sounds like a dirt bike!

  • take them to the groomer please

  • You are absolutely correct! These gals were seriously overdue for their spa treatments when this video was shot. I assure you that I keep my animals impeccably groomed these days.

I uploaded this video expecting only a couple of family members and friends would bother to view it, and might have been a bit apprehensive had I known that THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE would be seeing how messy my dogs were looking that day! Oh, well... that's life; and a big "thank you" to everyone here for your comments!

  • haha, but they are still cute, im getting a pom soon and im so excited :)

  • Love your poms, I have 5 just wondering if you are Chinese, Nung Nung Mean sweety, love my parents used to called me Nung

  • I checked out your pom video too. Very cute!

I had no idea that "nung" meant something in a language other than Marilyn's. While complaining, she often says something that sounds a lot like "nung, nung, nung". This did not happen during the video, but I have an audio recording that I wish you could hear (it's very funny). Unfortunately, YouTube doesn't seem to allow the posting of links to files in these messages. Bummer.

    Thanks for the wonderful comment!

  • the one on left had 4 puppies (the 4th one died)I named 3rd Angel to remember her sister. All puppies are white and tiny but only the oldest boy 12lbs but he is super gentle and looks exactly like a pom. The one on the right had only one pup and she looks exactly like her. Thank you I am in Thailand now and missing my puppies so much. Dogs are so poor here, they are all over the streets some get ran over, I don't want to look at them because it is very sad

  • i love how it goes threw all that trouble, and dosnt even eat the food right away...i heart poms

  • I wouldn't ever want to live without them!

  • is that sound the dog growling? it sounds kinda like a Remote controlled toy car or something.

  • I don't know if you could actually call it a growl. Marilyn has a "voice" and she uses it. This video was recorded in my kitchen, where the acoustics made her quiet commentary sound loud and fierce.

  • lol i also thought it was a remote controlled car especially since the left one keeps spinning its head like its trying to follow it.. lol

  • Not cute. Obviously the younger dog is tormenting the poor older one and the owners shouldn't think it's entertaining.

  • Please read my reply (above) to a similar negative post. You viewed one minute of unplanned video completely absent of context, yet the complexities of the relationships here are "obvious" to you? I bought a new companion for my bereaved dog Marilyn shortly after "her dog" Tanya died. They bonded immediately. I posted a video here of the two kissing, but I'm sure that if I leave a camera running long enough I could probably capture transitory behavior for which you would condemn me as "cruel".

  • that fat dog

  • omg! haha!

  • aww the poor brown one..its so confused and doesnt know what to do...looks so scared..i wanna hug it!

  • omg lol this is funny cute

  • OMG THEY LOOK FAT!

    AND ALSO OLD...

    :(

  • Sorry, didn't know the one passed away. That is sad.

  • That is so mean. Need to give the other one is own bowl.

  • their growls are funny.

  • thats so sad, he was probably mad hungry too..

  • lmao

  • wtf? lol

  • lol dogs scare me when they do that. other than that that was realy funny. cute dogs too =^_^=

  • LOL

  • LOL HiLARious!! Thanks for the laughs; cute vid!

  • Thanks for sharing this great video!

Your older dog looks like my older dog-- claiming with silence! Holding the ground she has decided is hers!

since the 2 dogs were very close friends, my guess is the noisy protester was acting for the video... and actually got plenty to eat every day!:) and mostly a reward following her performance!

    BEAUTIFUL!

  • shamee! cuteage!!

  • ridiculous! train your dog to respect elder dogs. why isn't the owner stepping in and standing up for the old on? cruel.

  • These two dogs were very close friends. The older one, Tanya, who died in July 2007, prevailed in this little posturing game, as she invariably hogged the lion's share of the food. No actual aggression or fighting _ever_ occurred between these animals. Tanya was always a champion eater. Once she actually managed to get her little face in the bowl, she would not come up for air until she vacuumed up all of the contents. The other dog, Marilyn, occasionally expressed frustration as shown here.

  • poor thing, he's an old man, shouldn't be bullyied

  • ahahahahahaha puppy is p-i-s-t.

  • ahahahahahaha puppy is p-i-s-t.

  • che str...o!!! ma sono adorabili entrambi!!!
