salt water helps to get rid of canker sores............ take a cup of water put some ordinary salt in the water mix it with a spoon, then swish it around in your mouth for 3-4min to get rid of the pain for the day. that dude's a sissy

I have the Greatest Treatment that you could do to prevent the Canker Sore... I have one right now and I am using Vinegar and salt! What you do is put Vinegar in a cup and add a lot of salt! Warm it up for 10 seconds, take it out and mouth wash with it. It will burn like HELL, but you will get rid of it in about 3-5 days... Do it 3 times a day.
