So did you record a movie and when you got hit or died, you were able to go back like to a save state and continue? I saw videos where people did perfect runs in games without using power ups and without getting hit and shit. I know Sigma's final form in Megaman X 3 is fucking hard so I'm not impressed when the poster cheats.
i want to record a NES movie of me beating the first level in super mario 1. I want it to be recorded in a format that only the emulator recognizes... so I can replay the video in the emulator and save it the movie twice... once with mario in the scene... and once with him removed (by turning a certain sprite layer off). then i will bluescreen MYSELF in mario's position beating the level in adobe after effects lol. Didn't NESTICLE used to record these kind of movies? Thanks! :)
