This is a good video. Some suggestions, for creation sign INVENT, not make. Make is for literal things, life is more abstract. for :Life is your creation, sign YOUR LIFE INVENT. Really fun video I enjoyed it!
Lol okay it was decent... But when you sign CREATION ... "imagination that is your creation" the context of creation is not to physically make something its Creation as in Idea... So you have to use the "Idea creation word"... Just a heads up, but yea keep practicing

I'm the youngest interpretter in our church by a long shot (I'm 15 among older adults) and I know we, as in all of the interpretters, get nervous when its our turn to go up. But you guys seem like its just second nature to sign. This is very good!

I understand sign language now. Due to practice, hard work, and the compassion of a great teacher. What I still cannot understand is what would compel a total stranger to come online, watch a video we put hard work into for a grade in class, and say they are "offended" or that it was "horrible". Clearly your goal in writing these things was to personally offend us or you would have kept your comments to yourself. If i may suggest to those people in the future. I had an amazing, funny DEAF teacher that made it clear to me that I could learn another language and improve. Yes, some of the signing is not up to par but this was for a high school CLASS. We were just learning it and although we knew some wasn't ASL we had to complete it to make the grade.
I agree that their signing is not how a professional interpreter would sign the song but they are not professional interpreters. They are just high school kids trying to make a fun video and I think they did an excellent job. When they get out of school and go out in the real world and interact with more deaf people, I'm sure thier ASL will improve greatly. I don't think any deaf person should get offended for them calling this video ASL. They are just high school kids, give them a break.

Well, some of them would be called "Classifier." Also, if you don't have the sign for a word, usually have to make it up for it, but can not use it somewhere else because it's not official sign language.
