I think they used Blacks in this commercial just because the stereotype is that whites are more afraid of Blacks, so it was more effective than using Hispanics. White boys would be less likely to pull in a lot with Blacks than Hispanics. Plus whites do feel they need to include Blacks in everything due to the whole slavery/anti-civil rights thing.
