Hi luckyclover! I prefer Edward and Sons Bouillion Cubes (the low-sodium ones) - they don't use hydrogenated oils and I like that I can control the strength of the broth, depending on the recipe. Don't worry, there's no tomato taste in it. ~ Katherine

What kind of vegetable broth do you use? The ones I have gotten were very tomato tasting, is that okay?
