all these cases are frauds. if the parents are unfit; they have grandparents, uncles, friends in the community. They are trying to help losers pay their bills through our kids.

These children are being wrongly taken in half of all cases.

The civil courts are based on the balance of probability...

So the evidence from social workers is a bit iffy to begin with.

Miscarriages of justice occur where the evidence is weak, and based on 50/50.

So because of the structure of civil law, you can see that half of the evidence is wrong.

So half of cases are wrongly decided.

It starts at the bottom where the contract workers want to justify their jobs and keep free money flowing from the gov.! Go out an find more fragile financilly, emotionally and less-educated parents & take the kids to keep the system going. (happens here is the US)

What I've noticed is that they seem to conveniently ignore the real cases of abuse (e.g., Baby P) and focus on innocent parents. Then, when a baby / child dies or is brutally abused, they can use that as an excuse for more money, more social workers, more laws - it works every time - so they actually have an incentive NOT to go after abusers.

The tactic is to twist every event, good or bad, into a reason for a pay rise.

CAFCASS said, and i quote "The legacy of baby p should be a payrise.".

So the social workers failed after 60 inspections.

So instead of sacking them for being inept or gross negligence, lets give them more money.

CPS are so far off base, they're raving lunatics.

How about sacking those that fail in their jobs?

Its what happens in every other career path. If you're rubbish at your job, you get sacked.

Sen Lynn is an idiot in this video. "privatization of foster care is costing every taxpayer millions of dollars". The question raised was WHY is the state taking children from good homes, and putting them in foster homes the state is paying for? "privatization" is not the issue. The state paying to raise children is the issue.

@tenbarrels6 - they should all be sent to jail for life. I think more parents are starting to just flip out and go postal but it isn't really being reported. I noticed on some social worker website that - in response to a recent killing of a social worker - many social workers want to be able to carry guns. It's a dangerous job, kidnapping.
