  • To this day, Bringing Down the Horse is one of my favorite albums.

  • you are too good.

  • Why can't I post this on Facebook without that annoying captcha?

  • Jon Lovitz isn't very funny, but the Flowers are great.

  • absolutelly beautiful and brilliant song. we had it with my wife as a wedding song... hope we will live together with no heartaches :-)

  • Crap, he's Springsteen in this video.

  • JON LOVITZ!!!

  • his song have so much feelings. most people are scared to listen to him .

  • this song is so full of heart and you can hear the emotion in the music and the voice! it's simply beautiful, i love it!!

  • They weren't big because Jakob Dylan didn't want it. You think he wanted to deal with what his dad went through? He ended Wallflowers so he could have a decent life.

  • "music is dead" hahaha! There are plenty of incredibly talented bands and artist out there today. Though, I do agree with you that a few of the names you dropped are terrible...to me, anyways. Expand your horizon, though. So many musicians are out there that you would love, I'm sure. :)

  • that guy is stupid if he thinks the Wallflowers weren't a hit in the US...look at One Headlight..was one of the best songs when I was in high school

  • Such a beautiful song, really awesome song writing, deeply moving, thank you....

  • Amazing group, really txs so much for this beautiful song.

  • Wow, I miss hearing good music that was sung by talented people and songs that actually had meaning. Thanks so much to the no talents that sing trash: Britney, Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Kanye, Justin Timberlake, Katy Perry, Fergie, just to name a few. Music is dead!

  • I love these guys.

  • love this!!!

  • Awesome, Love The Wallflowers!

  • Gets his talent from his father, long live Jakob and Bob

  • Why couldn't they do more good music? I hope they come out with more materia:)

  • wooo 100th like!!

  • Serious cool version..

  • "What about 6th avenue heartbreak...Couldn't get a cab?" lol

  • A little late but we had to walk Sundance. Priorities my friends priorities!!!

  • This song was in the show Happy Town.

  • ESTE DISCO SE LO REGALE AL AMOR DE MI VIDA EL DIA QUE CUMPLIO 15 AÑOS, DE SOLO ESCUCHAR ESTA CANCION ME LATE EL CORAZON MAS FUERTE JEJEJE Y ES DE LAS CANCIONES QUE ME GUSTA ESCUCHAR CUANDO HAY MUCHO QUE MEDITAR TE AMO A.A.V.R.

  • I love this group. I like bands thaty resort to good instruments and lyrics. Good use of the Hammond B-3.

  • cuando estaba en el cole, amaba lloraba pataleaba con esta cancion, nunca supe de que trataba, pero se q era yo con mi guitarra cantando y tocando una cancion antigua guitarra en mano simple como eso:d

  • Awesome! Let the legacy live on, true rock folk music! doesnt get any better than this!

  • AMAZING SONG

  • He CAN give his dad a run for his money...

  • no he cant

  • very nice listening ...

  • This is a soothing song... Still, it manages to pick your interest

Good way to get in the mood

  • Jacob sounds to me like 2 parts Bruce Springstein and 1 part Bob Dylan.

    Excellent song!

  • Jacob has a great voice, never gonna understand why The Wallflowers weren't a big band in the states.

Stupid culture that loves Britney and people who can't sing, but doesn't even consider listening to great music like this.

The Wallflowers, such a GREAT BAND!!!

  • Yeah, it is kinda of funny how much more Japanese our culture has gotten with its young girl affliction. I think we are worshiping the wrong island any more. ?

So true though, this band is still in my favorites.

  • Ya I agree. Jakob rocks in a way his father never did and he has a gawd awful amount of song writing talent. Music is 90% luck and 10% talent though, and he just wasn't lucky.

  • To say he's better than his father is deludedon every level. He's good but not THAT good.

  • @angelus3, I agree. Let's face it, the popularity of music groups in the US are decided by the people who do not give a flying fuck about anything that's actually good if it is not currenty mainstream. No appreciation for anything.

  • @angelus3 They were big here but brief where are they now..if a bands spends too much time over seas they can lose momentum here. If that's the case that's a bad manager..we yanks love these guys!

  • 4900 views on me

    :D yess

  • Love it

  • What the heck is wrong with the pianists hair? It's two toned in the most awkward way I've ever seen.

  • Girls like that Sh*t...jk

  • i think reti123 summed it up nicely! thnx!

  • Very nice version..tHX for uploading :)

  • Sirens ring, the shots ring out A stranger cries, screams out loud I had my world strapped against my back I held my hands, never knew how to act Chorus: And the same black line that was drawn on you Was drawn on me And now it's drawn me in 6th Avenue heartache Below me was a homeless man I'm singin' songs I knew complete On the steps alone, his guitar in hand It's fifty years, stood where he stands
  • Now walkin' home on those streets

The river winds move my feet

Subway steam, like silhouettes in dreams

They stood by me, just like moonbeams

Look out the window, down upon that street

And gone like a midnight was that man

But I see his six strings laid against that wall

And all his things, they all look so small

I got my fingers crossed on a shooting star

    Just like me-just moved on
