  • where can i buy this song? looked for it everywhere

  • i was always in a cave when this song played :/

  • FNV soundtrack + joint = reach the sky

  • @ewmehmo

a party in a valley with fallout's music, joints and good people...would be great

  • and then skyrim happened... now I haven't touched you... my poor sweet, sweet fallout nv... you still were no fallout 3, and you froze way too much after i hit the 100 hour mark but... you were a great game. Here's to fallout 4 and the creation engine!!!

  • @Si1enceiKillU

Fallout 3 was shit compared to NV

  • @Phantox i disagree. Sure Fallout NV had a ton more features--companion and such, guns, quests, etc. But I liked the atmosphere of fallout 3 much better. Fallout NV didn't feel like the fallout I knew but I suppose for those who played the first two it was more true to the lore. Either way I like exploring post nuke DC rather than NV. that's just me though

  • @Si1enceiKillU

FO3 seemed to be more apocalyptic but the fact that I couldn't hit anything outside of VATS made me hate it

  • @Phantox yeah that's true... it really was amazing to have iron sights in fallout nv though I wish they just extended that to the laser weapons since they did a shit-ton damage with my character build but I would always wish the second shot for some reason. But yeah I get where you are coming from. I just got used to using vats because fallout 3 aiming was so horrible. thats what I ended up doing even in fallout nv. I only ever iron sighted or scoped when I was sniping or using a shotgun.

  • @Si1enceiKillU

same here although ive always preferred guns over EW

  • @Phantox yeah me too. I just had so much ew ammo after awhile that I started using it since I didn't want to just sell all the ammo and weapons. Ended up using it for a good portion of the game till I made back enough money to repurchase a decent amount of gun bullets, 5.56mm, 10mm, 9mm, etc. That's why I loved that gun runner stall!!! Or in fallout 3, Moira and Craterside supplies!

  • @Si1enceiKillU

Really? I have too little ammo. I use guns and unarmed and I'm usually killing everything with some the spiked knuckles love and hate because im always running out of ammo

  • @Phantox do you purchase ammo or do you scavenge for it? I know on harder difficulties ammo runs out quick so scavenging just doesn't bring in enough. Heck when I was playing very hard, I ran out of all my money repurchasing ammo and stimpacks! But to be fair, I play on very easy now for my "perfect playthrough" so I ended up with a nice haul of ammo in all things though guns still ran out a lot since i used them primarily. That left me with the ew ammo so I was spared unnarmed and melee

  • @Si1enceiKillU

Both. I play on hard so it yeah, it takes like 5 .308 rounds to bring the guys down. What do you mean with "perfect playthrough"?

  • @Phantox yeah I definitely know what you mean. By perfect playthrough I mean I go for all the side missions, all the unmarked quests, etc. I try to get 100% completion but I don't think either fallouts actually have progression percentage so I do my best to visit every place. That also means I try to get all the perks I want to make my ideal build so I number and stat crunch to get a "perfect character" for me.

  • @Si1enceiKillU

I always do that even in hard. I also play hardcore mode. I also have added like 10 mods one of them gives like 30 more perks, another that gives a perk every level, and another one that gives 2 perks per level

  • @Phantox nice! I do that on very easy cause I get kinda of tired of having to try lol! So I just coast through the battles on very easy and enjoy the story. Of course I play through thew whole game just so I know I can get to the end on higher difficulties. But I didn't realize you played on the pc. I unfortunately don't have many good computers in my house so I had to play the fallouts on xbox. Wish I could mod my game but yeah not possible on consoles lol

  • @Si1enceiKillU

you should invest in a computer. Building a good one costs about $500, depending on the parts you get. It's worth the investment

  • @Phantox yeah I know but I'm a little busy as of late. I'll probably think it over during the summer when i have more time and less work to do. Then maybe I can get fallout 4 for the pc when it finally comes out haha

  • @Si1enceiKillU

Yeah hopefully it's by the people that made NV

  • @Phantox Yeah, And a Real top of the line will only cost about 800$ if you already have a case, monitor, Ect. And you don't have to upgrade for about 2-3 years

  • @MorsTactica

mine was around $1000 total. It would have been around $800 but this shit economy + shipping brought the price up

  • @Si1enceiKillU Thats exactely what i have always thought

  • anyone know where i could buy this song?

  • It's so relaxing to hear this... even when you're playing Fallout NV...

  • in the shadow of the valley..~

  • i love this song..and i listen to it when i'm so blue..:D

  • I really like country like this and I actually go find good country to hear and my family members all listen to chart topping country which is in no way actual country music and so no one thinks I like country and everyone thinks they do and they talk about all these great artists that are really not. Sure some of them are cute pop songs but none of that new shit compares to the lesser known bands or the great artists that came before. So sad people are musically retarded sometimes.

  • I'm so blue without you

    Thought our love was true

    Then you found someone new

You love me so but let me go

    Now I'll never know

    How our love would go

Waiting, watching the stars up above

Hoping that I could win back your love...

  • @HolligaMan ok

  • @HolligaMan Im sooooo blue...~

  • @HolligaMan such a small amout of words yet sung conveying such a huge message!

  • thank fuck for fallout for showing me all this awesome music :)

  • IF YOU THINK THI'S THE BEST SONG IN THE GAME THEN GREEN UP THIS COMMENT!!!

  • Im so sorry everyone but FNVsoundtracks has just made me detonate every neuclearbomb on earth so it will be like this

  • sounds better in the game, imho.

  • I thought this song was older than it was

  • "I'm So Blue" - Katie Thompson

  • beats the usual electro-pop shite anyday

  • @KingEurasia

the singer is so good looking also. i have a weakness for redheads..

  • Im not alone when i say this fits a Theme for either Veronica (UGH i VANT HER T.T) or Cass.(HER TOO!! T--T)

  • MacWillyFortunes actually you would be VERY fucking wrong. i live in south california where MILLIONS of fucking moronic teens listen to lady gaga, nicki minaj, lil wayne, and al this other stupud stuff.

  • @shadowvowed187 But all of us love this music.

  • @Shikamaru524 whos ''all of us''? all the people here on this video, well DUH why else would we be here?

  • Good times

  • this song always makes me regret that time when i...kinda killed Cass :\ miss you sexy mama..but i nedz silva rushh LazOR Gunzzzz

  • I hate Las Vegas or Fall out world.... its so creepy and stupid... just honest... roaming around, only u... :S

  • @TheOnlyCoolestGuy111

Well, that's just, like, your opinion, man.

  • @lollygoober Big Lebowski reference I presume?

  • @lollygoober

Mr. Treehorn treats objects like women, man.

  • @TheOnlyCoolestGuy111 your opinion but personally fallout 3 and new vegas are like my favourite games

  • @kelpie555 I will agree with you. These games I could play forever.

  • Thank you Fallout: New Vegas :D

  • Soon as I found this I was playing with the radio in real life and found a station who plays music like this. Its fittling going from place to place in short distances with Billie Holiday or Dean Domino.

  • @Jaket2000 Ohoho what a kid..At least read before lying.Holy shit i cant believe you.Dean Domino isnt real you turded kid.Hes an in-game character that is a reference to Dean Martin.

  • @Stuntager213 Dean Domino isn't real obviously, I was referring to in game but THIS GOD DAMN SONG IN PARTICULAR I HEARD IN REAL LIFE OVER THE RADIO BEFORE FALLOUT BACK IN 1992! You should read before opening your noise hole.

  • @Jaket2000 Hahahahahahaha wow.

  • Awesome when your in Good spring bar hearing their. Can't hate fallout

  • Reminds me of Patsy Cline.

  • I'm trying to figure out the chords to this...and it's driving me insane!

    anyone have em?

  • @crushedratio Likewise >_<

  • Comment removed

  • It's true, Fallout is about those small experiences. Those times when you just stop, get lost and forget about leveling up.

  • Ahhhhhhhh I'm 14 n patsy cline is always good (I only listen to 1940-1989 music

  • @WARXDEVILXALAN You're so god damn ignorant. Why would you only listen to music during a period of 59 years? You're missing out on so much. Classical music, 90's music, even more recent things. I am as well, 14 years old, and I listen to every god damn genre of music out there. Why not?

  • @SlinkierFugur You're a fucking dumbass, let the guy listen to whatever he feels like fucking listening to

  • @pacheco410222 I'm the fucking dumbass? Fuck off.

  • @SlinkierFugur Yupp =D

  • @SlinkierFugur That's a period of 49 years...

  • @SparklingControversy Lol. I'm not the best at math. ^.^

  • 3 is definitely the better game but I still had a great time getting lost in a new wasteland. There seemed to be a lot of dead ends in the game tho. More visual less immersion. Either way the music added to the enjoyment I got from exploring.

  • Guys I got one question what is the name of the song that plays when you are in the lucky 38 presidential suite? it sounds kinda like space music lol

  • all this was made in the age of music when johnny cash was alive! except johnny guitar....and mad about the boy.....

  • "Im so happy that Fallout has showed me to a type of music that has been forgo-"

Yeah now shut up and listen to the song dumbass.

  • @AXdogg13 lol someone needs to take their own advice

  • iwonder what would happen if i post this type of of classic music on a katy parry song or or someother junk

  • It makes me sad that this was on Supernatural first.

  • Im 24yrs old and music like this is so beautiful. I wish this kinda music was on the radio instead of the crap we listen too:(

  • @mahafutau Don't blame the drug dealer, blame the junkie...in this case, you.

  • @mahafutau Their is!

You just have to find the channel.

  • @mahafutau There*

  • @mahafutau I'm 13 and this music is the best. I second you on that. :D

  • @TheViktorPutin I'm 13 + 1..so what..?

  • @mahafutau i agree, the music we listen to today sucks! this music needs to go back on the radio! this music is the best!

  • @mahafutau i just went 18 and I totally agree with you!

  • every time i hear this song, i find a bar and drink away... :)

  • The best VATS song....

  • @TheHugonerd

    hahaha

  • elvis did not die he hangs out in the lucky 38 with house.rotfl

  • @ReducedTuna Yup but no house .......just him turned back into a 24 year old .....little young me...... and of bunch of old lady fans standing and behind a vevet line{lik a bank's line thingy}.While me and young Mr.Presley have some Sarsparilla (with vodka mixed). <3

  • I prefer Johnny Guitar

  • @JohnnyGuitar300 i still love this song

  • best VATS song ever, and just gets mercilessly stuck in your head.

  • im so happy that fallout introduced this type of music to another generation who would have normally shunned it. It's a step in the right direction.

  • @tasteflavored I totally agree, I grew up with these songs and they are really dying out nowadays.

  • @tasteflavored I for one appreciate the beauty of this music, I'm 20... and It's better than today's shit... lets face it cher lloyd got number 1 so... I lost all faith in today's music and the people listening to it.

  • @SirRecluse Sad statement, when you take the short sample of some of this era's best musicians (from 90's on):

Radiohead, Tool, Metric, AIR, Portishead, Ratatat, Isis.

Today's music is not shit, you just need to look in the right places.

  • @lukertin

Radiohead... one of the best musicians in last 30 years... AHAHAHHAHA, good one mate, that's hysterical. Really, I'm in stitches!

  • @Reptiloid87 My best friend once said that Radiohead was this generation's Pink Floyd. I had just enough time to explain to him why Pink Floyd was this generation's Pink Floyd before he bled out on the floor.

  • @tasteflavored Sure love this song, without this game I would not even know about it!

    I LOVE FALLOUT!!!

11/11/11 -----The day Jesus releases this game

  • @HolyShadow180 lol, agreed.

  • @tasteflavored Because of Fallout, I have an entire playlist of 40s and 50s music that spans up to 50 songs on my iPod. LOL

  • @tasteflavored i dont think shunned would apply to me, but This song and the others did teach me to sing along to each song that comes on :)

  • @tasteflavored DrVinny654 fame gained :)

  • @DrVinny654 lol, nice

  • @tasteflavored yeah but im twelve and i loved 50's and 60's music before fallout but yeah i agree

  • @tasteflavored fuck yeah man, this music kicks ass and will always be the best. My generation has the worst fucking taste in music. I'm about to be 16

  • @shadowvowed187 That's really cool. You realize nobody our age likes Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga, right? And also that this song is from a video game...

  • @tasteflavored yep, i must say though, when i heard the music on Fallout for the first few times, it was extremely annoying, but after a while i got used to it, and now i even like it.

  • @AudioGhostX nice, It definitely does grow on you

  • I can imagine Nightkin dancing to this.

  • Such a great song to roam around to at night. Trekking across the plains, scoping out the area ahead with New Vegas lit up like a firework always on the horizon...

  • @SparklingControversy

this song was playing while i was using vats on the securitrons and it was just beautiful with the slow-mo lol

  • Comment removed

  • Thumbs up if you got here because of Fallout..

  • Comment removed

  • @Jjau2point0 The title itself says Fallout... No thumbs for you.

  • @meowsthi How can people deny completely pointless, passing and instant sensation of gratification from me? world is unfair :) I'm so blue..

  • @Jjau2point0 duh....

  • @Jjau2point0 No thumbs up for you it's already called "fallout new vegas"

  • finally found a shishkebob :)

  • YOU CAN FIND THIS SONG IN THE GAME BY GOING TO NCR RADIO STATION( or at least i think its in front of TOPS)

  • this has surpassed Johnny Guitar as my favorite New Vegas song.

  • yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

  • Im Sooooooo Bluuuue

  • Songs like these sound amazing in the background of that game, like when theres just a radio a randomly laying around.

One of the things that I've always loved about fallout 3 and new vegas. The small experiences

  • @RoninAvenger 100% Agree

  • nothing like blasting people in vats to this timeless track

  • thanck for the awsome songs FALLOUT

  • 0:56

    OWNAGE TO THE MAXIMUM

  • possibly the greatest generic music track ever conceived

  • For anyone that doesn't know, this song and many others were created just for New Vegas. : D

  • ahh, i do so enjoy a good "shit on the idiot" party. INVIGORATING!

  • Seriously, Fallout wouldn't be the same without music like this

  • The key word for this game is "RETRO".....the music is perfect....it blends well with all that is futuristic in the game...giving it contrast.

  • God it wasnt easy to find but it was worth it.

  • 1 person needs to drown their sorrows in some whiskey to this song.

  • I remember this song when i met Cass.

  • @LightningSamus She looks rather pale to me. :P

  • @poopmcscoopface

you make us metalheads look like idiots... stop it right now

I'd say I listen to mainly metal but I love FONV music so much too

  • I love this song. All I need is a bottle of Jack! Perfect song to get drunk to!

  • The best thing in Fallouts are the music. They fit the background, the world, the Mohave/capital/etc so good, that it's incredible.

  • @poopmcscoopface Thats doesnt fit into the setting and the area though. Think of it, just walking down an empty road with wastelands on both sides, and you're listening to so HEAVY ROCK? that doesnt work

  • @LOLNOOBCAKES You're so right!

  • @poopmcscoopface So incorrect it hurts

  • @poopmcscoopface Your taste in music is more depressing then nuclear winter.

  • @poopmcscoopface Yeah because we all know that people in the 50's were listening to bands like slayer or cannibal corpse at the sock hop. Before you say that "This is the future dumbfuck", its a retrofuturistic post- apocalyptic RPG, and if you don't know what it means then you probably won't ever know why there isn't metal in the fallout series.

  • @wackypack09 not to mention greasers are 10x more bad ass then metalheads. its comparing fat white kids in basements to working class kids who have to steal and fight and spend time building awesome hot rods. They would take one listen to slayer and laugh and break the cd over the kids head

  • @RoninAvenger I'm not saying I don't like metal, I do and its my favorite genre (I'm not a wimp or white trash btw) It's just that it wouldn't fit in the series and I understand that.

  • @poopmcscoopface it's people like you are why i stopped listening to metal, thanks a lot chucklefuck

  • @LHCLEGION your welcome

  • @poopmcscoopface HAHAHA!!

  • @poopmcscoopface Just listen to your ipod or whatever, stop being a whiney little bitch, Fallout is a 1950's styled game, metal wouldn't go with it's setting.

  • @poopmcscoopface You're an idiot.

  • @poopmcscoopface Yor an idiot and your tast in music is fucking awful.

  • @poopmcscoopface dude metal is not bad ass. here is a example, the Mafia listened to Jazz and classical music, and they would do shit that would make your precious white trash bands piss their damn pants.

  • @RoninAvenger the mafia listened to that music because that was the music during that time period, dumbass, and the mafia is a fuckin joke buddy

  • @poopmcscoopface The Mafia still listens to that music. Jazz and classical music is still huge in Sicily and in alot of cities here in the US.

And the Mafia isn't a joke, if you had any knowledge of history and how organised crime functions or anything regarding the Mafia both Italian and Irish. You would no better.

    You are a joke "buddy"

  • @RoninAvenger my dad is police i live in brooklyn, i know. they re small time crooks nothing like they used to be, now just scumbag high school dropouts, so hop off of t, their cocks buddy

  • @poopmcscoopface I know some of the Italian mafia and theyr not a joke, probably stab a wee bitch like you in a second.

  • @KingEurasia yeah im sure the english italian mob is very hard

  • @poopmcscoopface not english, english r pussies

  • @poopmcscoopface Oh it does really? oh ok how about walking slowly into the sunset with YEEEEEEEEAH FUCK YOUOOOOUOOUOUOU FUUUUUUUU BITCH YOU FUCKIN CURBSTOMP FUCKER RAAAAA

the game was set in the 1950s after the bombs that lasted till 2700 everything was destroyed and elvis died

  • This song is nice to hear, until you realize both your companions are 6 miles back running into a rock.......

  • @LOLNOOBCAKES lol yeah

  • @theitube101 >:| It's not boring shit......it's called country kid....why would they ruin the game with such songs.!? The biggest beaty of the game is the music! If it didn't have these kinda songs I would buy the game that crazy! I like when a game makes contrast.....

  • @RadioOperator01 Im sorry you must of replied to the wrong guy , I never said this was boring shit lol. I LOve all the fallout songs especially Big Iron. So you must of replied to the wrong guy.

    Peace Out :P

  • @theitube101 oops sorry man :( didn't mean to write to you. Well you can check below that there is a kid saying that fallout need hard rock , metal iron maiden and shit >:| so I'm trying to fight him off. I apologize once more fellow youtuber :(.
