  • It probably isn't but at 7:09 the guy (side on) looks like Danny DeVito

  • Such an amazing woman! Love you Julie

  • i absolutely love this!!!!!!..... wonderful person!... i'm glad i grew up watching her films and others of that period! :)

  • Julie is amazing!!! What a legend.

  • Why, oh why, did they ruined her voice!?

  • i love the way she sings london pride :]

  • she sounded so cute at 12...and that voice is inhuman for a 12 year old! There will never be another Julie Andrews, she is truly one of a kind. :)

  • She reminds me of my grandmother...she has a beautiful voice too. Her mother didn't want to go in to show biz cause that was for gypsies. lol

  • she doesn't even have to SING to amaze you!!! just the way she describes England makes me SO HOMESICK for the years i spent there.....if you look up "National Treasure" in an english dictionary there's a full page picture of this incredible woman!

  • She is perfect ! Love her speach ( and the song, of course !! ) ^^

  • She's amazing: so warm and genuine, yet silly and feisty. She's pure class and talent.

  • I read somewhere once that only the truly beautiful women can carry short hair well. I am quite ready to believe that :) Julie Andrews never looks anything other than majestic and divine.

  • oh yes.......volumous locks are almost always overcompensating for plain looks.

  • Could you believe Julie is 53 here? Amazing. x

  • classy is definately the right word. every inch a LADY.

  • Julie is my idol!!!

  • Great video. I saw her in Victor/Victoria in NY in 1996. It's the best show I've ever seen.

Also it was a dream come true to see her acting and singing live.

    She is simply the best!!

    Thanksa a lot

  • i was there in nov 95 magic

  • YOU ARE SO LUCKY

  • I saw this show in St. Louis months before this was filmed. We met Julie afterwards in her hotel lobby, and she was as soft-spoken and kind as one would expect. I trembled! She looks you right in the eye, business as usual, and it is as if you were speaking to a princess, she has a royal bearing, but she is accessible and lovely, much prettier in person, if you can believe that!

  • I was lucky enough to see her in 1996 after her one year Anniversary with V/V. I was 8 at the time, and going back stage was so thrilling. It WAS like speaking to a princess or HRH even! Julie is such a wonderful woman, and that is a moment I shall not ever forget!

  • I AM SOOOOO JEALOUS!!!

  • @Alandix : How wonderful! I have always loved her! Such a great actress and performer!

  • Thanks so much for putting this video on here. It's sooo funny! Love it!

[From me, to all the Julie Andrews fanatics out there!]

  • I love to see more of this. Is that possible?

  • Is this available on DVD or VHS because I know there is more...and I LOVE it

soo funny and I love the sounds

    Julie rocks all

  • lovely

  • There an anecdote about Moss Hart who directed her in My fair lady in that show that is delightfull as well. He also said of her that she had that terrible british strenght that makes you wonder why they lost India !

    I agree !!

  • I love this!!!! It so funny!!! Thank you for putting this on here!!!!
