its a rating for different things and for differnet compasisions. The wa2000 is rated that for its quality against other snipers. and visa versa for the m21

@TheShantaBu...Actually I agree with xR3TR0xGangsta because a pistol... eg .44 Magnum has a high calibre bullet but as the barrel of da gun is shorter than most guns it is way less acurate!!!!

@TheShantaBu It is because (in real life) the more times a bullet spins around in th barrel the more accurate the shot will be... so in the game the accuracy is obviously programmed to be less accurate!!!!!!! Case closed!!!!

@TheShantaBu Have you ever tried to shoot someone with a shotgun over the whole map? I suggest you try it and post the result. Range mean how effective a gun is untill it looses power. A hand gun will take twice as much bullets when you fire across the map then it would if you stood right in front of him,
