1:21 was where the match was lost. Honda could have gone for a safe jump rh into grab or low attack pressure.  He could have even kept close to Guile by doing fierce hands and then mixing up between meaty pressure and baiting a flash kick. Instead he does jab hands, thereby losing meaty pressure, positioning, and the match.
