@blackdiamond211 Cool, i was wondering if you ever have trouble with scope creep, i was looking at the rail on my 34, and it has no scope stop, or holes for the pins in the scope mounts, how did you manage to put a scope on it with no stop? I realy want to scope mine also
@blowgunking1994 I have a Scope mount base under the rings, which has a stop pin and turns the dovetail rail into a weaver mount. Look it up on pyramidair, its called 'UTG Scope Mount Base'. Works pretty good but lifts the scope way up high, you need extra low rings on it if you want the least amount of scope cant (which can seriously affect accuracy).
Yeah, and the ones you have in Holland are the Red-brown ones right?
Those are not so destructive as these black and grey ones we have in Canada, these are introduced, so they don't have a lot of natural predators, so they overpopulate and turn into a pest.
i just got 2 packs of the exacts buy mistake. i ordered jsb predators but they sent these instead and said keep them and there going to send my predtors asap.
how well do the exacts expand? i know the preds really open up but a dome pellet worries me on none head shots.
all my shots will be under 50 yds most likly. i have shot my preds out to 70 yds no problem just shooting little coke cans so i know there accurate. i just never tried exacts. im guessing the exacts would be better for ground hogs and such on a head shot because they will penetrate more
Obviously, head shots are the best kind of shot you can do, but even a Lung shot should kill a Ground hog at 50 yards with the JSB Exacts just as dead.
I've had my mod 34, 25 yrs and have taken squirrel, raccoon, opossum, rabbit, bird(it will dust a squirrel out to 50 yards easy!). After 2 1/2 decades later and thousands of rounds it still looks and fires like new, just keep the compression spring oiled!
Not a thing has ever gone wrong or broke and I have fired thousands of rounds! The oil I use is of a kit packaged by Diana for spring air guns(oil 4 drops every thousand rounds through air port and stand on barrel half the day and on the stock the other half to thoroughly coat the spring air cylinder). I also have the Diana/RWS Target pistol mod.6G and have experienced the same quality and flawless accuracy!
Well done drilling of a tree rat. Did the pellet go straight through?

whats the most accurate pellet for the rws 34?

do you have bipod for your diana 34?
what bipod can be installed on diana 34?
gusak1982 2 years ago
No I do not have a bipod.
The only kind of bipod you can mount on a Diana that I can think of is a Barrel clamp-on bipod.

whats the fun in shooting something thats to small to eat? or do you eat them?
Xc31 2 years ago
You can eat them, but this one I didn't eat, I shot it to control the numbers, because squirrels had turned into a pest in this area.
blackdiamond211 2 years ago
ah ok didnt know squirrels could form a pest lol, meby thats becouse we have verry little of them here in holland

Exact's don't expand as much as the Predators, but they are more accurate, especially out to longer distances, and they don't drop as fast.
What gun are ya using and what kind of game are ya hunting at what distances?
I think an Exact to the body shouldn't be too big of a problem on something like squirrel or starling at less than 30 yards at 700-800 fps.

That's awesome. Have you had to replace any parts on your Diana over those 25 years?
And what oil do ya use?
