Very nice video. I have one suggestion: you use some German phrases and short sentences, but it would be infinitely better if you could find someone to write the whole dialogue in German. This way the authentic feel of the movie would have been much improved. If you're worried that people might have problems understanding, add subtitles.

Interesting short film. The uniforms and weapons authenticity is incredible and the Kubelwagon is a cool touch. Not to be critical (iv'e seen some pretty rude remarks for this video) but it would have been a lot better to have the Germans sound like... well... Germans (googletranslate works extremely well). At the very least heavy German accents would have been nice.

I'm bookmarking this video, and I'm eager to see your next production! Might I suggest a video for Operation Market Garden?

Oh yes, before I forget - this looks like the 'mostest fun fo the leastest money'. I doubt I can get to a Battlesim event any time soon, and what we have in the Bay area doesn't compare, but I'm really impressed. As the hobby grows, I hope we can see more of these Milsim events. MIKE FORCE down here is pretty good at that but even they don't compare to what we see here.

order based tactics are still a disadvantage.. in the US Army. Mission based tactics are better. Soldiers get a Mission but how they achiev it its up to the sergeants and platoon leaders.

Yes, but that's not how the Americans fought them.. Superior artillery and air superiority is the American way of war. Superior logistics ensuring an abundant supply of superior firepower. Tanks that were more like trucks and buses - easy break, easy fix.

Yes succinct and focused observation. For the speial war you need special forces. Moreover, our army is nearly ten years younger than its WII predecessor. What does this imply for stability, maturity, and other skill of judgment that most nineteen year odls lack?We don't need more bodies - we need different doctrine. If you're going to take the time to make a movie, take the friggin' time to say your lines in German. And is you speak in German, say it like a German, not an American. And if you are going to fake a recoil with your rifle, shoot the damn thing with real ammo first so you know how much it kicks. I never shot an M1 Carbine that kicked like a shotgun would. Hürtgen is another prove that american soldiers without air support were quite poor in WW2. They didn't have much courage. But thinking about germans fighting in Finnish and russian forest - i must say that germans were not very good. They scared forest unlike finns and russians who were perhaps only soldiers got used to fight in these conditions.

yah, it was funny i thoguht a panzer was the word for the tiger tank(when i was younger) and then i watched a vid and it said "panzer" about a gi tank....then i loked into german and found that some words will have difent menings all at ones like i think mir means "me" "my" "mine" so panzer could mean a few things....
