This video is an insult to Taiwanese language. Why only Taiwanese need tolearn English, what abt Hakka or Mandarin speakers only. There are abt 20% Mandrin only speakers in Taiwan who is monolingual and speak onlt Mandarin Chinese BUT nothing else. Most Taiwanese speaks Taiyu & Mandarin. Majority of Hakka speaks Mandarin, Taiyu and Hakka as well. It is the Chinese Mandarin who is monolingual in Taiwan!!
