Hi, I'm at work so no webcam but I wanted to echo your call for Quinn's attention. I live in Illinois like you are and I used to attend ISD but only for a year. You're right that Blago wasted a lot of money during his adminstration and Quinn is paying the price by making painful budget cuts and raising taxes. The budget is now stalled at the Capitol and it should be revised more to keep ISD open and cut other UNNECESSARY programs instead. Take care! :-)
