Is it just me or has his style changed immensly from racer x ? Not saying its not heavy but i was expecting a lot more shredding hes a tone player now.
@JKwoftw - so what do you base this idea on? Because he doesn't continuously play those fast runs and arpeggios anymore? I seriously think it's the other way around, he's gotten even more technical.
the strong opening ! then a very good connection but again i guess you improvise too much and forget musical part of the song thats why this should be a master piece anyway i really enjoy it im looking forward to see a better BRUCE BOUILLET :D
He's "whipping" pentatonic scales around. And if you listen closely, you can hear some arpeggios and minor scales, too. So he didn't completely leave his footsteps from twenty tears ago. But it does sound great.
I love the instinct of this guitar Player,,, impressive lead guitar track ;;;

Bruce is a bad-ass! I love the way he over-bends a note, holds it and he works all the feedback and overtones. His tone is so beefy now. Killer man

Bruce and Paul were a match made in guitar heaven. BUT, I'm not sure I can grasp what Bruce is going for here.

He's lost a step, from a technical standpoint, since the Racer X days, but boy can he write a sick song now

I like this! Very hot tone and good use of effects too. Much more interesting than hearing some guy whip arpeggios and scales around. Pretty hot!

Oh yeah - great phrasing too! I do wish that the video showed more than just a guitar though.
