  • feel no pity for this woman. i doubt she makes over 30 k a year and bought an 800 K house? is she sane? why the fuck should my tax dollars pay for her mistake? i want a new corvette but i cant afford it, can i just buy it, fall behind on payments and have obama pay for the rest? fucking insane.

  • The Consumer Advocacy Group is planning a protest against Countrywide, Chase and Wells Fargo on March 21, 2009. You should call the for information...they're dealing with this issue. 702-478-5369

  • Damn that's a really nice house. I never knew driving a bus paid so well!

  • Oh, ok, thanks. Makes me feel better. In 2001, we were told we could be approved for a $400,000 mortgage...RIGHT!

we paid 149,000 for a house that Zillow says is still worth 218,000.

Fortunately, my wife and I passed8th grade math and knew what we could really afford.

  • Here is an easy solution...she moves out, leaving the keys on the porch. Whatever balance is left is paid to the bank by the stimulus plan.

    One Big Ass Mistake America

  • I see nothing but thumbs down choices....spineless voters that won't comment.

Lemme guess, you want me to pay your mortgage, too!

Best thing for these idiots that bought way above their means is to put them on the street, no negative credit report and let them start over. Of course, I'm sure will not have learned a thing!

  • I think all the votes are thumbs up. The number turns to a red negative when you vote thumbs down.

I overbought as well, BUT I CAN AFFORD to make the payments. I'm just pissed that I'm paying a 300K mortgage on a 150K house in D.C.

Since I'm not in danger of foreclosure BECAUSE I PAY MY BILLS ON TIME. I won't get any help... So why should she get any?

  • No thanks. I do not want to help this woman or her family. The banks told us we could aford a much more expensive home too - guess what - WE DIDN'T!!! We looked at the payment and bought a house we could afford if we lost our income. If the government bails these people out I am going to want to stop paying my mortgage too! At least we actually PAY income taxes that help bailout all these idiots.

  • You drive an 800k house on a school bus driver's salary?? You are an absolute moron and you're getting what you deserve. The taxpayers should NOT have to bail out dumbasses like you.

  • And here I sit in my two bedroom home I've been remodeling little by little for the last 10 years, and feel such pity for her......NOT!!!!!!!!

  • AHHHHHHH!!! Has everyone gone freaking insane!! My tax dollars should not go to these spoiled freaking brats!! You are NOT VICTIMS!! SUCK. IT. UP. We were responsible and bought a $114,000 house in a modest neighborhood and we were able to keep our house through two layoffs in the last 10 years. Guess it doesn't pay to make good choices.

  • Another Mexican bitching about how crappy America is....

No doubt white-RACISM had something to do with the pending forclosure!

5 states, of mostly "Hispanics" and blacks, wrecked our NATION by claiming non-existent "racism" kept them from owning homes! SO WE GAVE THEM ZERO-DOWN mortgages! To prove, ONCE AGAIN, we're not "racist," but they DEFAULTED! Just like their credit-scores predicted they would!

Wake-up whites! These parasites will play-us till we're DEAD!

  • Look at the gorgeous kitchen, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances- WOW- all bus drivers are entitled to an $800,000 home - the American Dream. And they want the taxpayers to bail them out!!!!! Not my problem - live within your means.

  • I can solve this school bus driver's $800K mortgage housing crisis: GET A FRIGGIN APARTMENT!!!! It's also good to know that my President doesn't care about the Dow Jones or my 401(k). He must have some gold bullion offshore from his pal Rezko.

  • WTH? She's a school bus driver and what kind of job does the husband have that can justify an $800,000 mortgage? She admits to taking way too much out on a mortgage and she wants to be bailed out. The new American way: No personal responsibility, just let the tax payers bail you out.
